When the Butterfly Valve Lockout Conventional is slid into position, the wedge on the slider section prevents the compression handle from being squeezed, preventing operation of the Valve. Padlock is placed through the holes to ensure proper lockout. Hasps maybe used when multiple locking is required. Designed to lock most kinds of butterfly valves in the industries. Resistant to cracking and abrasion. Highly resistant to solvent and other chemical products. Made of strong polypropylene plastic; fully de-electric (non-conductive). They are resistant to extreme weather and temperature conditions making them suitable for outdoors.
